Benefits Provided to Stakeholders
No More Waiting in Line: Waste can be quickly deposited through 4 separate chambers, preventing long queues.
Easy Liquid Drainage: The hassle of draining leftover liquid from waste is eliminated (3 separate wastewater inlets).
Faster Flow: Since waste is allocated space inside the machine according to its type, the machine avoids excessive buildup and transactions are completed quickly.
A Revolution in Field Operations: The waste emptying process, previously done an average of 10 times a day, drops to once every 2 or 3 days; congestion and complaints come to an end.
An End to Environmental and Noise Pollution: The glass crushing unit prevents environmental contamination, while noise generated during crushing/breaking is minimized.
Energy Savings: Independently operating motors provide savings in electricity consumption.
Maximum Storage Space: Since the collected waste is pressed, sorted, stacked, and drained of wastewater, it takes up no extra space at the business.
In-Store Order: Queues and congestion caused by people returning waste inside the market/store are reduced.
Massive Operational Savings: Since waste emptying processes drop to once every 2 or 3 days, vehicle, fuel, and technical personnel costs are significantly reduced.
Zero Complaints: Complaints related to emptying and waiting time from waste contributors are resolved.
Consistent Vehicle Load Capacity: Thanks to waste being neatly stacked during transport, the load capacity of transport vehicles is optimized perfectly.
Ready-to-Process Raw Material: Waste arrives at the collection center already sorted and pressed into compact masses.

Frequently Asked Questions
We've compiled the most frequently asked questions about our deposit return machines for you. If you can't find the answer you're looking for, we'd be happy to help.
1 – There are already deposit return machines on the market. What did you do differently when designing MEZSİ RVM?
cekmekoybilgisayar2026-08-30T22:37:53+03:00We've all seen machines that keep you waiting for minutes over a single bottle, or that lock up with constant "bin full" or "malfunction" warnings. When we set out to design MEZSİ RVM, we didn't start by sketching a machine — we started by mapping out every one of these real-world problems in the field.
Our biggest difference lies in our independent modular infrastructure that lets 4 people dispose of waste at the same time, and our mechanically driven, 100% domestically engineered design that brings field malfunctions down to nearly zero. We didn't just package an imported piece of software or an off-the-shelf assembly — we built a system with groundbreaking durability, one into which our own team poured their effort down to every single sheet-metal weld.
2 – Emptying the machine 10 times a day is a major burden for businesses. How did you solve this problem?
cekmekoybilgisayar2026-08-28T14:45:59+03:00This is exactly where our own portable crushing and specialized breaking systems come into play. Unlike the structures on the market that only compress waste on the surface, we press waste in a way that achieves maximum volumetric savings and stack it as sorted, compact masses.
This allows us to store 10,000 to 12,000 0.5 L water bottles in a single machine. Do you know what that means for a market owner or a logistics company? Instead of opening the lid 10 times a day and tying up staff, it means opening the machine once every 2 or 3 days. And that puts an immediate end to operational costs and complaints.
3 – Don’t the leftover liquids and leakage inside the beverages damage the machine or the surrounding environment?
cekmekoybilgisayar2026-08-28T14:47:03+03:00Engineering lives in the details. The problem we ran into most often in the field was the sticky liquid residue left at the bottom of bottles. That's why we built MEZSİ RVM with 3 separate wastewater inlets and a massive 700-liter wastewater tank integrated directly into the body.
The moment waste is deposited, the liquid is separated out and filtered into this tank. And we didn't stop there — to prevent odor and bacterial buildup, we also designed an automatic wastewater drainage and internal tank cleaning system. Not a single drop leaks out, and no odor escapes either.
4 – How is the noise and hazard caused by breaking glass bottles prevented?
cekmekoybilgisayar2026-08-28T14:48:59+03:00Frankly, having glass shatter like an explosion in the middle of a mall or supermarket was simply unacceptable. When designing our glass crushing unit, we developed an acoustically insulated, specially dampened compartment. When a glass bottle goes in, it's safely broken down without spreading any noise or glass dust into the surroundings. Because we've perfectly balanced weight and volume, we operate with zero risk when it comes to glass waste as well.
5 – What about the machine’s electronic and software security? Is it resistant to malicious tampering?
cekmekoybilgisayar2026-08-28T14:50:00+03:00We developed our software and automation entirely in-house with our own professional software team. We remained 100% compliant with occupational safety standards. The machine features security cameras integrated into the body, automatic alarm systems that trigger instantly against lid tampering, and fully autonomous lid locks.
The moment any unauthorized interference or forced attempt occurs, the system immediately protects itself and relays the information to the central system. With its fully rust-resistant, sturdy aluminum components, it stands in the field quite literally like an "armored tower."
6 – In the event of a technical malfunction, how does the service and maintenance process work?
cekmekoybilgisayar2026-08-28T14:50:56+03:00The more complex electronic components a machine is loaded with, the more it tends to break down. We designed MEZSİ RVM around the philosophy of "uncomplicated mechanical superiority that requires minimal maintenance." Thanks to our independently operating motor infrastructure, we save on electricity while also ensuring that if one part needs maintenance, the rest of the system keeps running. We've minimized service needs to begin with; and when service is required, since we're 90% domestically produced, spare parts and technical support are resolved within hours.
